"I feel like Christina was very dishonest at worst, very lazy at best, with my situation. I would highly suggest against using this agency. Response to the false information shared by Tim Sawyer: Your response is inaccurate and omits key facts. At the time the policy was purchased, my phone number was confirmed multiple times during the initial call. In addition to my phone number, you also had my email address and my physical mailing address. Despite having multiple valid contact methods, I received no phone calls, no emails, and no mailed correspondence notifying me that the policy was being declined or canceled. I only became aware of this after contacting your company myself weeks later. You also state that a refund was issued. This is false. More than one full calendar month has passed since I requested the refund, and no funds have been received. There is no deposit, no delivered check, and no proof of payment provided. When I was later told that a check had been sent, I explicitly requested written confirmation. No confirmation was provided, and no response was received. I also find it concerning that you chose to disclose underwriting-related information about me in a public forum. Whether a policy was declined, canceled, or otherwise affected by underwriting is not necessary to resolve a billing or refund issue, and your public characterization of this situation is inaccurate. Due to the lack of communication, the inaccurate public statements, and the continued failure to resolve this issue, I have filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Department of Insurance and submitted all supporting documentation. I am still awaiting the refund owed to me."

She made multiple attempts to reach you regarding the condition of your home from the underwriting survey and was unsuccessful. WE are a customer centric office that prides ourselves in customer care. State Farm’s decision is beyond our control and your unused policy payments were refunded. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. "
